the mac-pc controversy: resolved

after giving it much thought, i decided the mac is not for me... at least for now. it makes no sense to own a pc and use it as my primary computer and then use a mac as my secondary computer, since i'm planning on synchronizing files between them, etc. also, i already own all of the software i use for work and for my personal entertainment and i don't really have the money to spend on all of this extra software... plus the effort that it'll take me to familiarize myself with the mac's operative system. and plus, macs have as of late become target to new viruses and business week tells me the true power of mac won't show until the software designed for the new hardware comes out.
